PRESSURA ™ The 8630-SM room pressure monitor is designed to measure the pressure difference in the ward and confirm the normal operation of your HVAC system, thereby helping you maintain patient safety.

The 8630-SM uses TSI's unique bidirectional pressure sensor to measure the actual chamber pressure difference. If the pressure difference is too large, too small, or in the wrong direction, the 8630-SM model will activate an audible and visual alarm.

The feature of the 8630-SM is the use of adjustable alarm delay to avoid various disturbance alarms. When the isolation room is not occupied, the 8630-SM model can switch to non isolation mode and deactivate all alarms.

The 8630-SM is easy to integrate with building management systems by using low limit alarm relays and analog outputs for measuring pressure differentials.
